What WWT is

 

World Work Trust (WWT) is a global employment infrastructure, not a job board. We remove middlemen and manual screening with AI matching, voice-based skills tests, transparent contracts, and optional travel logistics—from offer to arrival.

 

Status: MVP in testing • Web live • Mobile UI in work • Payments tested • Data layer (Supabase) prepared.

 

The problem (today’s market)

 

  • Fragmented hiring, heavy agency fees, and fraud.

  • Slow, manual screening → weeks to hire.

  • Cross-border hiring is messy (contracts, verification, travel).

  • Jobseekers pay or get abused; employers overpay for mediocre funnels.

 

Our solution

 

A single flow for both sides:

 

  1. Jobseeker: free mobile app → voice AI test → verified profile.

  2. Employer: desktop/web console → AI shortlist → optional voice tests at scale → contract templates → logistics (tickets/handover).

  3. Audit trail: decisions and terms are recorded; no “black-box” recruiting.

    • Pro: unlimited roles, bulk AI tests, analytics, integrations.

    • Enterprise: SSO, compliance pack, priority support, SLAs.

  3. AI testing at scale: per-assessment pricing for voice tests (screening thousands fast).

  4. Logistics revenue share: commissions on partner travel/ancillary services when hiring requires relocation.

  5. Community participation (Trust Units): limited, non-security participation IDs to bootstrap the network. Not equity, not tokens, not a profit promise.

Jobseekers remain free. Revenue comes from employers and partner services.

  • Voice AI tests for 10 roles (EN/UKR/RU first).

  • Pilot: 5–10 employers, 5k–10k jobseekers.

  • Add SyncBridge (vacancy ingestion).

  • Launch logistics partnerships in 1–2 corridors.

  • Expand tests to 25+ roles, add Spanish/Polish.

Each cluster costs $21 — the same amount

Each cluster:

Has a unique ID-code

Is assigned to one person only

Represents a symbolic unit of support

Can be transferred once, with identity verification
