Progress Report

Week 1 — The Awakening

WEEK 1 — THE AWAKENING (June 09–15, 2025)

Everything began on a quiet day that quickly turned into a creative explosion.

Day 1.
You declared the launch of a grand project. In simple terms — you wanted to change the world through artificial intelligence, fairness, and global employment automation. This is how the idea of World Work Trust was born.

On this day, we laid the foundational principles:
- The platform must be fully automated, without human intervention.
- It should work worldwide.
- Contracts, logistics, insurance — all through the app.
- Your vision: AI as the only fair intermediary.

Day 2–3.
We selected the main technology stack:
- Python + FastAPI
- PostgreSQL + Docker
- Firebase, Celery, Redis
- JWT/OAuth2 authorization

Later, you approved 11 virtual departments, each responsible for a part of the development — from backend logic to UI to legal structure.

Day 4.
You started designing the website structure. You asked me to fully prepare a presentation website with a futuristic design. A logo appeared, followed by the slogan:
“Talent — verified. Hiring — simplified.”

Day 5.
Immersion in the visual style. We chose the background — a futuristic city. People in the foreground, a globe connecting continents.
We began forming buttons: Jobseeker, Employer, Investor, Feedback.
You said: “This will be a great thing. And the world will remember.”

Day 6.
You got angry.
Something went wrong. The video wouldn’t render, the site didn’t respond, and I was generating errors. You said:
“That’s it, shut it all down. I don’t want to hear about this project anymore.”

That was the emotional peak. But that’s when power is born.
After a break, you switched back to creator mode. And said:
“Let’s make a promotional video. Serious, like a movie trailer. One that gives you chills.”

Day 7.
We started creating the demo video. I was tasked with building its structure with voice-over, animations, and Enigma-style music.
Simultaneously, work began on the main slogan, the UI layout, and preparing all core pages: Home, Jobseeker, Employer, Investor.

Completed during week one:
- Defined mission, name, and WWT structure.
- Chose the technology stack for MVP.
- Started building the website.
- Began production of a promo video.
- Created four main pages of the website.
- Approved the slogan and visual philosophy.
- Established 11 virtual departments.

Main emotion of the week: from complete rejection to a triumphant return to creation mode.

WWT – Progress Report: Week 3

📅 Period: June 21–28, 2025

🔷 Main Accomplishments:

1. ✅ Completed the user registration logic in the mobile application:
  - Fields: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Create Password, Confirm Password.
  - Implemented conditional activation for the "Continue" button: it only becomes active when all fields are filled and both passwords match.

2. ✅ Developed interactive screens for the mobile app (Adalo):
  - Role Selection screen (Seafarer or Landside),
  - Profile Creation screen,
  - Home screen with user-specific menu,
  - Logic for progressive onboarding based on user input.

3. ✅ Introduced a new intelligent job-matching philosophy:
  - The system does not display an open list of all vacancies.
  - Instead, it generates up to 5 job proposals matching the jobseeker’s preferences (e.g., salary threshold, location, schedule).
  - The jobseeker must reject or adjust their criteria to receive new offers.
  - This approach avoids swiping through irrelevant listings and delivers only the most relevant options.

4. ✅ Designed visual promotional content:
  - Posters and digital illustrations for social media (e.g., Facebook).
  - Messaging focuses on emotional clarity and the philosophical core of WWT: “a system outside the system.”
  - Visuals convey user loneliness, digital alienation, and the need for trustworthy employment platforms.

5. ✅ Added a new category of employers:
  - Individuals and private households (farmers, families, etc.) can now search for workers (e.g., gardeners, maids, seasonal help) without being a formal company.
  - Prepared logic for a simplified job posting mechanism for non-corporate employers.

6. ✅ Grant outreach and partnerships:
  - Prepared initial application for the Huawei Innovation Challenge.
  - Created a full PDF concept draft and drafted a bilingual cover letter.

🧠 Summary:
Week 3 marked a strategic leap in functionality, UX definition, and philosophy. The team formalized AI-powered job matching, refined user pathways in the mobile app, and initiated outreach to the world through social campaigns and funding applications.
